I was using Google Calendar myself today, and in the labs is a meeting scheduler that looks at all users Google Calendars to determine the best time. I haven’t used it, but it might be worth investigating, particularly if you all use Google Calendar

I’ve tried a number of these things. My favourite is Tungle.me, which integrates very nicely with Google Calendar.

Our church is currently using Group Finder (http://www.churchteams.com/ct/) but recently purchased CCB (http://www.churchcommunitybuilder.com/) and will be switching to that for all of our scheduling and matching needs.

Hi Steve – good question. Yes, When is Good syncs with iCal, and I think most of the other websites I checked out also had this capability.
