Hi Steven,
This video is based on what appears to be an urban myth. See
http://www.snopes.com/religion/einstein.asp
Myth or not, Einstein is well known to have not believed in a personal god (at least in later life) so the video situation seems unlikely.
Finally, heat and light are measurable phenomena. To then extend presence and absence to the supernatural influence over good and evil does not seem logical.
