Any insights on the legalities and technicalities of showing vimeo content in a church service?

I’ve just been checking out the Vimeo terms of service. Whilst I can’t see any issue with downloading the videos (e.g. to avoid the issues of streaming from the site), under the section ‘Use of the services…’ there is a paragraph that explains (in my summary) that downloading is ok, but only for immediate, private and non-commercial use. I’m not sure what is classified as private use.

Vimeo is a site that (more than YouTube, I think) caters to a more creative and less commercial community. Generally, the people creating this content want others to view it and be inspired by it. So, I’d recommend contacting the creator of whatever videos are found on Vimeo, and ask if it’s ok to play it in church.
