Most staggering fact was the 220 000 text messages sent in a month! Crazy!

I think that convergence devices will become ever more popular and phones will be able to do more and more. It will be interesting to see if the Apple Tablet is the convergence device for magazines and media that people are saying it will be.

Thanks for sharing these, and glad to see that Did you know 4.0 was dated and had the stats credited. Brings more validity to the video.

I think the lesson I'm learning Wayne is that we need to try it and see. There's no shame in starting, experimenting and then, if it doesn't have legs, giving up. For some churches or youth groups, Facebook could be the best form of mid-week communication and discipleship. For others, it might not work. I think we need to experiment within our own contexts, and not be afraid to say "I didn't work, but was worth a go".

Very interesting Steve. The Q-Zone stat surprised me.

It's easy to join facebook as a person, but I wonder what's the best way to have a good facebook presence as a Church? Or whether we need one at all.
