‘Jesus loves you’ tops news search

I’ve been playing around with Google Insights for Search. It’s a tool that allows you to discover what people have been searching for, and filter by categories, seasons and locations.

Using this filter:

I searched for the ‘top 10 news search items in the past 7 days. Topping the list is ‘Jesus loves you’:

Interesting.

I’m not sure why this was the result (it seems strange to me), but nonetheless, this is what Google thinks is the top news search term!
