Video: Atheist perspective on evangelism
The Penn and Teller show is a favourite of mine, so I was interested to watch this video of Penn, an atheist speak about being evangelised.
The Penn and Teller show is a favourite of mine, so I was interested to watch this video of Penn, an atheist speak about being evangelised.
I was taken aback by how much he was impacted, positively, by the sincerity and goodness of the man who offered him a Bible after the show. It reminded me of this quote I read from Billy Graham:
“Sincerity is the biggest part of selling anything—including the Christian plan of salvation.”
I was also convicted about his views on evangelism:
“I don’t respect people who don’t proselytize…How much do you have to hate someone to not proselytize?”
A great reminder for all Christians.
Thanks Ron, for sharing this.
